At Unordinary North, every item is made-to-order in Canada. We design each piece in-house, and our partners bring it to life — printing, cutting, and sewing each home decor item with care. They use eco-certified, water-based inks that are safe, vibrant, and permanent, and production meets OEKO-TEX® standards, ensuring our products are free from harmful chemicals.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

1. Where are your products made?
All of our bedding, pillows, and blankets are designed by Unordinary North and produced in Montreal, Canada. Every item is printed, cut, and sewn by skilled artisans right here in the Great White North!

2. How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders are crafted and ready to ship within 3-10 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but Canadian orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.

3. Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes, we can ship worldwide. Delivery times and cost vary depending on destination. Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs or import duties.

4. What is your return policy?
Because each item is made to order, we don't accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we’ll cover return shipping of the item and send a free replacement.

5. How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping within Canada starts at $15, depending on the item and package size (for example, a pillow cover ships lighter than a duvet). All orders ship tracked with Canada Post (in case of postal disruption another carrier will be used). Orders over $149.99 ship free within Canada.

6. Do pillow covers include inserts?
Our pillow products are covers only (no inserts included), so you can choose your preferred insert or reuse one you already own.

7. How do I care for my Unordinary North items?
Machine wash cold with a phosphate-free detergent. Lay flat to dry or tumble dry low. Do not bleach.

8. Can I change or cancel my order?
Because each item is custom-made, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started. Please double-check your selections before checkout.

9. How are your products made?
All items are printed, cut, and sewn in Montreal using eco-certified, water-based inks. Production meets OEKO-TEX® standards, which means your bedding and décor are safe, non-toxic, and made responsibly.
