Processing & Production Time
All of our products are made-to-order. Please allow 2–14 business days for production before shipping. Production times may vary depending on the product type and order volume.

Shipping Times

-Canada: 5–12 business days

-USA: 7–15 business days

-nternational: 10–20+ business days (varies by destination)

These are estimated shipping times. Delays may occur due to customs, postal backlogs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

-Standard shipping is free on orders $149.99+.

-Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available). Please note that not all international orders have full tracking.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Customs & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply once the package reaches your country.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for delays once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@unordinarynorth.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with details and photos so we can help resolve the issue.
