Welcome to Unordinary North. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Unordinary North. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). Unordinary North is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access the Services.

1 – Access and Account

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or state to use this site. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when making a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2 – Products

All of our products are made to order. Colors and appearance may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen. We do not guarantee that your item will be identical to digital previews.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, update designs, or limit quantities at any time.

3 – Orders and Cancellations

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are not confirmed until payment is processed.

Because our products are custom printed on demand:

  • All sales are final.

  • We cannot accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns once production has started, except in the case of received items that are defective or damaged.

  • If there is an issue with your order, contact us at info@unordinarynorth.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.

4 – Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted. Taxes and shipping charges (if applicable) are added at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing information so your order can be processed.

5 – Production and Shipping

  • Production time: Most orders take 2–14 business days to be created before shipping.

  • Shipping time: Delivery varies by location. Standard shipping is free orders $149.99+. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once an order is shipped, risk of loss transfers to the buyer.

6 – Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, graphics, and content are the property of Unordinary North and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

7 – Third-Party Services

Our store may include links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices.

8 – Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Services for unlawful purposes, to infringe on intellectual property rights, to harass or abuse others, or to attempt to interfere with the security of the site.
